Dear Readers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you know there\u2019s a special ticketed event at Hollywood Studios in November and December where you can enjoy snacks, go on rides, watch shows, and explore the park with little to no lines? Sounds like a dream come true, right? Well, it\u2019s a reality… for a price (around $180). When I saw that price tag, the first question I asked myself was, \u201cIs it really worth it?\u201d I\u2019m here to discuss Jollywood Nights\u2014the good, the bad, and everything in between\u2014and at the end, I\u2019ll let you know if I thought it was worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Comes with the Jollywood Nights Ticket?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You might be wondering: If I\u2019m paying about $180 for this event, what\u2019s included?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, you can enter the park as early as 6:00 PM with your ticket, and the party lasts until 12:30 AM. At 7:00 PM, guests without a ticket are asked to leave, so lines begin to decrease significantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your ticket also includes free PhotoPass photos taken around the park, so you don\u2019t have to spend the evening asking others to take pictures with your phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the event, you\u2019ll experience shows featuring music, ice skating, DJs, and Disney magic everywhere you turn. Additionally, exclusive merchandise and snacks will be available for purchase\u2014items you can\u2019t get at any other time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How I Spent My Time at Jollywood Nights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The big question: With 6.5 hours to enjoy the event, how did I spend my time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rides<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I managed to go on seven rides, all with wait times under 30 minutes\u2014most were 15 minutes or less! Here\u2019s what I rode:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Millennium Falcon: Smuggler\u2019s Run<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Star Tours<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Rock \u2018n\u2019 Roller Coaster<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Mickey and Minnie\u2019s Runaway Railway<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Toy Story Mania<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Slinky Dog Dash<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Rise of the Resistance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Food<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As I mentioned earlier, the event offers exclusive food items, and I got to try a few.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At ABC Commissary<\/strong>, I had the birria tacos with caldo and a coquito. Both were delicious! I was nervous about the Latin-themed menu because I\u2019m used to my mom\u2019s homemade Mexican meals, but the food exceeded my expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For dinner, I ate at the Hollywood Brown Derby<\/strong>, where I ordered sweet and spicy sticky wings and a sugar cookie margarita. The Brown Derby never disappoints, and this night was no exception. If you want a good sit-down meal during Jollywood Nights, reserve a table as soon as possible because it fills up fast!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Decorations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What\u2019s a Christmas party without decorations? The festive touches were so cute and worth seeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Let\u2019s start with Gertie the Dinosaur<\/strong>. During the regular season, Gertie is adorable, but in November, she wears a Santa hat and holds an ornament in her mouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Christmas tree in the lake was another highlight. When it lights up after sunset, it\u2019s breathtaking, and the photos are incredible!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I won\u2019t spoil all the surprises, but here\u2019s a hint: Keep your eyes open in Toy Story Land<\/strong>\u2014you won\u2019t be disappointed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Shows<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Unfortunately, I didn\u2019t get to see many shows because I was so busy (lol)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I did meet Panchito from The Three Caballeros<\/em>, and while waiting in line for him, I caught part of the Latin Salsa show\u2014it was fantastic!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I also caught the tail end of \u201cGlimmer,\u201d<\/strong> an ice-skating spectacle performed front and center at Hollywood Studios, as well as a few character dance parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If I go again, I\u2019d make sure to prioritize more of the shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Ultimate Question: Is Jollywood Nights Worth $180?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Considering that ride lines are practically non-existent, PhotoPass is included, and you get access to exclusive shows, I\u2019d say absolutely!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you were to buy a regular day park pass with Lightning Lane and PhotoPass, it would cost much more than $180. Plus, at Jollywood Nights, you get 6 hours to enjoy everything, which is plenty of time to ride all the attractions, grab some food, and catch a few shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
